WHERE DID THE YEAR GO?

It seems like it was only a few months ago that we gathered at the T-Square for our First Annual Landowners Barbeque. The rest of the year is a blur.

Can't say we actually made it out to the ranch this year as much as in years past, and not sure we got anything accomplished out there in 2009. Hopefully some progress will be made out on the T-Square in 2010. If nothing else...

I'm designing a new sign...hopefully this one will be cow and wind proof.

We hope that Jay and LouAnn will have safe travels and a wonderful holiday at the White Wolf between Christmas and New Years. We look forward to seeing all the progress you've been making at the your ranch!

Happy New Year to all!

  1. LouAnn and I are gearing up for our next adventure at Santa Rita...we had the truck serviced yesterday and I'll be changing the oil in the generator tomorrow, and gathering tools, water jugs, etc...the prep and anticipation is fun!

I really need to find some jeans that will fit over my knee brace! I've been wearing shorts since surgery and with temperatures ranging between the teens and single digits at night on the Santa Rita, I don't think shorts will cut it!

We'll check on everyone's places and make sure they are buttoned up for the winter. If anything is amiss, we will let you know.

    Merry Christmas!

  2. I hope by now you found that pair of jeans you were looking for that will go over the knee brace. Maybe the legs of a good old-fashioned pair of bib overalls will be big enough to fit over the brace.

Wishing you good weather, safe travels and beautiful sunsets while you journey back and forth, cross highways and byways until you get to the Santa Rita.

I know we all appreciate you taken a look in on all the properties. Not sure when we'll be getting back out there ourselves, but hopefully in Feb. or March, April at the latest, just depends on how the weather is out that way.

Happy Holidays, Happy New Year, and again, Safe Travels and Happy Trails!

    Karen
